Durox Supabloc
These blocks are mainly used for the inner leaf of cavity walls, for solid, clad or rendered external walls, and for internal partition walls. You can also use them below ground for cavity walls or internal walls in sulfate conditions not exceeding DS-2.
Durox Supabloc 4
Supabloc 4 is mainly used for cavity separating walls between homes that conform to Approved Document E or Robust Detail E-WM-6. It can also be used for the inner and outer leaves of external cavity walls.
Durox Supabloc 7
Supabloc 7 is suitable for more demanding loadbearing situations, whilst retaining the characteristic low weight of aircrete. It can also be used in separating walls, including those conforming to Robust Detail E-WM-6.
Durox Supabloc 10
Supabloc 10 is produced to the special category of manufacturing control defined in BS 5628-1. It can provide equivalent wall strength to conventional 10.4 N/mm2 blocks produced to less rigorous manufacturing control.
Durox Foundation
Used below DPC in solid walls, these blocks replace traditional inner and outer leaves, wall ties and concrete cavity fill. Compared to cavity construction, they can halve construction time and, as the wall stabilises soon after laying, stop cavities collapsing.
Durox Coursing bricks
Great with Durox blocks, these bricks are designed for general coursing and infilling small areas, like those between timber floor or roof members. We recommend using them in Durox walls to avoid cold bridging, and eliminate cutting and waste.
Durox Floor
Suitable for beam and block ground floors, and internal floors in housing, Durox Floor blocks are light and quick to install and create an immediate platform for working. They provide effective sound and thermal insulation.
Durox Coursing slips
Designed to be used with Durox Floor blocks and 150mm precast concrete beams, Durox Coursing slips help eliminate thermal bridging. They also save time, effort and waste by minimising the need for intensive cutting.
