Topcrete Paint Quality

Topcrete Paint Quality

These blocks are ideal for commercial, industrial and leisure buildings (external and internal walls) because you can paint directly into them. They're robust and durable, while offering excellent fire and sound insulation, and good standards of airtightness. Colour and texture vary according to which factory produces them, so please ask for samples.

Technical properties

- Manufactured to BS EN 771-3, Tolerance Category D1

- Mean compressive strength:

  • Solid 7.3 and 10.4N/mm²

* Manufactured to order. An alternative way to construct 190-215mm walls is to use two leaves of 90 / 100mm Topcrete blocks laid back to back and suitably tied. Design guidance is given in BS 5628-1 or contact Topblock Technical Services for advice.

Other sizes may be available subject to minimum order quantites
