Toplite Floor

Toplite Floor blocks are suitable for use in suspended floors in conjunction with precast concrete beams. They are light and quick to install, and provide effective sound and thermal insulation for ground and internal floors meeting the requirements of the Building Regulations.

Due to its size, the use of Toplite Floor blocks can result in fewer beams being used and as a consequence a more economic floor design is developed. When the floor loading dictates closer beam spacings, a 440mm x 215mm (span) Toplite 3.6N/mm²  block can be used.

- Manufactured to BS EN 771-4

- Mean compressive strength:3.6 N/mm²

- Dry density: 630kg/m³

- Thermal conductivity (at 3% moisture content): 0.15W/mK

- Block size: 440mm long x 535mm x 100mm or 440mm x 215mm x 100mm

Unit weights are approximate and based on 3% moisture content

*Available as Toplite Standard or Toplite GTI (3.6 N/mm²), spanning the 215mm dimension
